Intrigued by the science behind why humans act as they do, and as a lifelong student of the human condition, Chris’s classes are educational, entertaining, and engaging. Unafraid to share the most intimate, and sometimes embarrassing stories of how he’s personally lived his curriculum—Chris evokes laughter often, tears sometimes, and thoughts always. A retired Navy Master Chief, Chris proudly served twenty-three years in the United States Navy’s Nuclear Propulsion Program – also attending graduate school, where Chris earned his MBA.
Richelle Powers
Richelle’s ability to instantly build trust and connection shines through her vibrant smile, and candid, but compassionate teaching style. Her nurturing, feminine energy endears her as a trusted expert, best friend, and engaging leader in workshops. She started her career in Technology Involvement before transitioning to Human Involvement. As an analyst, trainer, and facilitator, she’s led thought sessions in board rooms and back offices for over fifteen years. As President and Goddess of Connectivity one of her passions is focusing on building relationships both with their clients and their community.
It was July 1, 2003, just two weeks into Chris’s first civilian job, that a beautiful coworker invited him to lunch. Chris and Richelle immediately began uncovering the power emerging from their unique dynamic right there over tacos. They went on a to build a relationship based on honesty and communication, and were able to lead each other to their personal, and professional, next level.
Exactly seven years later, they left the traditional corporate world to help you do the same.
